Services and Scope
VPNNT provides subscription-based network acceleration for access to international websites, streaming services and AI tools. The service covers 90+ countries / 180+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Check the user panel for currently available routes and subscription status.
A subscription provides network connectivity. It does not include third-party platform accounts, membership benefits or content licences. Each platform sets its own regional policies, account eligibility and payment requirements. A working route does not guarantee access to every feature or piece of content. Obtain client software and subscription details through the user panel; do not use configurations from unknown sources.
Accounts and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure and do not share them with others. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unusually, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket with relevant details.
Subscriptions have no device limit and are for use on the account holder's own devices. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing or sharing a subscription with others. You may not use the device limit policy to provide commercial network access to third parties.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Check the plans page and order confirmation for exact prices and data allowances. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before placing an order, make sure the selected plan suits your needs.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations where you are located, as well as the rules of the platforms you use. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include fraud, invasion of others' privacy, distributing unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, unauthorized system access, attacks and the distribution of malicious software.
Do not disrupt network infrastructure, misuse service resources or interfere with other users' connections. You are responsible for checking your eligibility to use any target website, content or tool. This service does not grant access rights beyond those permitted by law or third-party authorization.
Service Availability and Scope of Liability
Network connectivity may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device configuration, third-party platform policies and maintenance. VPNNT does not guarantee that every route will connect at all times or in every network environment, nor that third-party services will continue to provide the same content or features.
If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status, client configuration and the target service's requirements, then submit a support ticket with the error details. VPNNT will investigate based on the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation. Network issues do not automatically release VPNNT from liability it may have under applicable law.
Refund Terms and How to Request One
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Include the relevant order details so we can verify the payment and process your request.
You do not need to troubleshoot the service before requesting a refund, and you do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied. Do not send your login password, sensitive payment credentials or full subscription URL in a support ticket. We will communicate the request status and any documents needed to verify the order through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive may depend on the payment provider; no fixed arrival time is promised.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, a malicious attack, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNNT may restrict connectivity, suspend or terminate the account depending on the conduct. If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation and relevant records through a support ticket. Measures required by law and users' statutory refund and appeal rights remain unaffected.
Updates to these terms will be published on this page along with a revised date. Material changes to subscription benefits will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel. Updating this page does not automatically diminish the legal rights attached to orders already in effect. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account data is handled.
